Turnkey – New Build, 2 Executive Semi-Detached Residential Homes.

All building tradesmen were utilised in completing these 2 beautiful executive investment properties, which were built on virgin land.

As the properties were built on an empty plot of land all utilities from the mains supply had to be extended to the land to allow gas, water and electric connections within the properties.  The build included all aspects of sub and super structure works, from foundation and drainage to decoration and finishing touches, all in line with current British Standard requirements. Both, external and internal works, including  Kitchen and bathrooms, were all finished to a very high specification to meet current trends.
